Co-founded on both functional and visual components of Kama’s app experience, Ulrich Boulon worked with the brand’s founder, coaches and development team to design, test and execute the launch and ideate future iterations. This work extends to strategic planning and art direction for the digital content calendar, upholding a consistent brand vision and communicating through product and community-focused features.

Kama is a wellbeing practice based on the science-backed idea that pleasure is health. With stress being the number one proxy killer in the world, our mental health is more important than ever. But as a society, we are too often focus on pain and look to the brain to restore balance.  Kama takes you on a journey inside your own body in order to reconnect with your sensual self and reach your orgasmic potential. 

- Translated the strategic – reinventing sexual health – into the everyday and provided the team a North Star and critical path
- Implemented design vision, acquisition user experience and process to guide the development of the products
- Developed the platform (CMS) and product (iOS, Android, Web) roadmaps with a flat fee, in order to validate the vision by creating a Beta environment tested via weekly live events and remote usability testings
- Defined the data roadmap warehouse and metrics to inform and validate the MVP before go to market

Once we figured out who then we could design our assumptions to:

(1) Develop the right practice methodology (the hook)

Designed in collaboration with our panels of experts, The Kama Method is a unique approach that combines psychosexuality, somatic awareness, neuroplasticity and ancient wisdom in order to reconnect with our pleasure potential.
